This is a workmen's compensation case in which the trial court concluded that Owen Shillinglaw sustained an accidental injury in the course of his employment and from which he died, and that at the time of the injury he was an employee of Owen Shillinglaw Fuel Company, Inc.; that the claimant, Deborah, is his widow and sole dependent and as such entitled to the benefits of the Workmen's Compensation Act.
