This is a tort action for damages resulting from personal injuries sustained as the result of a motor vehicle collision, and plaintiff appeals from judgment rejecting his demands.

The accident occurred in late afternoon of November 25, 1958, on Louisiana Highway 3, at a point some five or six miles north of Bossier City. Plaintiff was driving a farm tractor south on the highway and, while making a left turn, collided with a truck-trailer unit...
