On December 12, 1950 claimant, while employed by appellant employer, sustained an injury to his back for which he received compensation until September 28, 1954. On November 8, 1954 the case was closed. In November of 1957 claimant suffered further back trouble for which a new claim was filed against the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company, a self-insured employer.
