Plaintiff, as natural tutrix of her minor son, Thurmon Frazier, Jr., filed suit against her son's employer, J. B. Mouser, the subcontractor of Foster Forest Products, Inc., and others, alleging that her son was totally and permanently disabled as a result of an accidental injury sustained by him during the course and scope of his employment with J.
