This action was instituted by the widow of Christopher F. Funderburk, deceased, to recover benefits allegedly due her under a policy of group insurance issued by defendant company pursuant to the Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Act of 1954. Plaintiff claims $5,000.00 under the life insurance provisions of the policy, and the additional sum of $5,000.00 under the accidental death provisions of it.
