After a six week trial the defendant, Benjamin Dranow, was convicted by jury verdict on eighteen (18) counts of a twenty-one (21) count indictment severally charging mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1341; fraud by wire in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1343; and bankruptcy offenses in violation of 18 U.S. C.A. § 152.
