"During the period of time commencing on or about the 21st day of October, 1960, continuing to on or about the 1st day of June, 1961, defendants ORVILLE WILBURN REYNOLDS, CLARK BOYD HAMILTON, KENNETH LEON LOOPER and ROY EUGENE KIMES, conspired among themselves to violate Section 2312, Title 18, United States Code, by transporting and causing to be transported in interstate commerce from Dallas County, Texas...
