The plaintiff has appealed from a judgment of the Civil District Court of Orleans Parish dismissing plaintiffs' suit for maximum workmen's compensation and medical expenses.

For many years Mente & Company was a corporation domiciled in New Orleans and engaged in manufacturing textile bags of various kinds. It had offices and factories in New Orleans and other cities. Some ninety per cent of its voting stock was owned by Isaac Rhea and Posey...
