This matter is before us on a motion to dismiss an appeal from a judgment granting a preliminary injunction which enjoined the defendant, Louisiana Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, from conducting a hearing to determine whether or not the plaintiff-appellee, Rena H. Allen, should lose her licenses and permits to retail alcoholic beverages.
