Petitioner lives with his family at 413 Carnation Street in Metairie, Jefferson Parish. Across the street from his home is land belonging to the Bridgedale Baptist Church. For some time there was a sign nailed to a post near the street on that lot which said "Bridgedale Baptist Church Playground."
