The defendant, Nenow, had been employed by L.C. Cassidy & Son of Indiana, Inc., and worked for this corporation for a period of time in 1953. In 1954 he left this corporation and established an enterprise in Indiana selling the same type of products. The latter enterprise was subsequently discontinued and Nenow approached the Indiana corporation...
