On July 23, 1958, a suit for damages was filed by Joseph Collara and his insurer, Emmco Insurance Company, against Albert Dickinson and Patricia Dickinson, the alleged minor child of Albert Dickinson. The petition alleges that while operating the automobile of her father, Patricia Dickinson negligently damaged the automobile of Joseph Collara. No answer having been filed, judgment was rendered on November 19, 1959, and signed on November 25...
