This is a damage suit for alleged malpractice brought against defendant-appellant, Dr. K. V. Donaldson, by plaintiff-appellant, Mrs. Frances Phelps, individually and as administratrix of the estate of her minor child, Meade Phelps. Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment dismissing her suit.
