Relator pleaded guilty on November 10, 1954 in Montgomery County Court to the crimes of burglary, third degree and petit larceny; burglary, third degree and grand larceny, first degree; and burglary, third degree and grand larceny, second degree and was sentenced to a term of two and one-half to five years on each indictment, each sentence to be served concurrently.
