The facts are not in dispute. The claimants for unemployment benefits under G.L.c. 151A, inserted by St. 1941, c. 685, § 1, as amended, are three married women formerly employed by Raytheon Company (Raytheon) who left their employment "for the purpose of joining and living with [their] husband[s] located outside this Commonwealth."1 Employment continued to be available to them...
