Decedent, 54 years of age, was employed as an operator of a grader for a road construction company. On June 18, 1957 he began work at about 8:00 A.M. and except for a half hour intermission for lunch continued to operate the machine until 2 o'clock in the afternoon of the same day when he became ill. The day was hot with the temperature reaching 104 degrees in the vicinity of the work. The cab of the machine afforded little protection against the sun and its Diesel motor...
