Between April 5 and October 4, 1958 claimant worked as a mate on a fishing vessel, owned and operated by a friend, on 3 days a week, for 47 days. He received payments of from $2 to $10 a day, totaling $200. He did not report any of these earnings to the Unemployment Insurance office, and during a part of this time he received unemployment insurance benefits at the rate of $45 a week.
