Octave Robert died on August 11, 1959 and his last will and testament dated February 8th, 1959 in statutory form as provided in LSA-R.S. 9:2442 was duly filed for probate by the testamentary executor, Albert Robert. In his will decedent left to each of his children, Albert, Norma, Hilda, Emile, Corinne and Blanchard a portion of a five acre tract particularly described as to each according to previous survey...
