STURGIS, Judge.
The defendant below, hereinafter called "seller", appeals from a final decree which interpreted certain provisions of a promissory note given appellees, hereinafter called "buyers", to evidence the unpaid balance of the purchase price of a mercantile business pursuant to a sales agreement between the parties.
