The notice of appeal, dated and filed August 10, 1960, states: "PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that defendant herein appeals from that `AMENDED ORDER GRANTING PERMISSION TO ENTER, SURVEY AND EXPLORE LAND' dated July 18, 1960."
