Eugene J. Lillis has appealed from a judgment rejecting his demand in a suit on a promissory note. Suit was originally filed by Lillis against Horace R. Perez and Ed Prendergast, Sr., as makers, and the Succession of Bert W. Clarke, as representative of said Bert W. Clarke, deceased, as endorser of the note. The note sued on was for the principal sum of $22,000.00 dated April 8, 1955, payable 6-months after date, bearing interest...
