Plaintiff filed this suit to recover $200.00 for the loss of a diamond wedding ring by theft, $200.00 for attorney's fees, $200.00 for inconvenience, $250.00 for mental pain and anguish and $100.00 for humiliation and embarrassment, a total of $950.00, basing the claim on a policy issued by the defendant to plaintiff insuring plaintiff against loss or damage of two rings.
