These are petitions for review brought by three alcoholic beverage package store licensees in Boston against the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission under G.L.c. 30A, § 14. Each licensee was charged with the violation of G.L.c. 138, § 25C (as amended through St. 1952, c. 567, § 1), by selling one or two bottles of a named brand whiskey at a price less than the minimum consumer resale price.
