This is an appeal by plaintiff County of Kern from an order awarding defendant landowners attorney fees and costs by reason of abandonment of eminent domain proceedings. The County of Kern filed a complaint seeking to condemn the oil, gas, hydrocarbon and mineral interests of defendants in some 75.49 acres of land constituting a part of a county airport.
