When this cause, a negligence action, came on for trial, the plaintiff informed the defendant that he intended to call one Dr. Edgar Kellerman as a witness. Dr. Kellerman had examined the plaintiff for the first time on the preceding day for the express purpose of testifying at the trial. The plaintiff at the same time furnished defendant with a copy of Dr. Kellerman's report on the examination. This indicated that plaintiff's injuries...
