On June 29, 1960, plaintiff wife filed an action for divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty. A copy of the summons and complaint and a copy of an order to show cause were served on defendant husband on July 1, 1960. At the hearing of the order to show cause on July 7, 1960, both of the parties were present in court and entered into a stipulation and an order was made thereon.
