This case is before us on a petition for writ of certiorari based upon an alleged direct conflict between the decision of the District Court of Appeal, First District,1 and the decisions of the District Court of Appeal, Third District, in Blackman v. Miami Transit Company2 and of this Court in Kantor v. City of Coral Gables.3
