We think the question presented by these appeals, granted by us under rule 332, Rules of Civil Procedure, 58 I.C.A., is whether the Iowa Industrial Commissioner (herein called "commissioner") has jurisdiction to approve and allow claims of a hospital for care furnished injured employees, whose injuries arose out of and in the course of employment, against the employers and their insurance carrier. The commissioner held he had no such jurisdiction...
