The trial court dismissed this suit for workmen's compensation and the plaintiff has appealed.

On July 12, 1958, the plaintiff took temporary employment during a strike as an inspector of glass bottles being manufactured by Underwood Glass Company. About the last week of July or the first week of August, the exact time being uncertain and unimportant, while working at night, plaintiff was struck by a quart bottle thrown by another employee...
