Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie L. Borey, as surviving parents of Donald L. Borey, instituted this suit against the defendants, James R. Rood and the Pacific Indemnity Company, the collision insurer of Christopher A. Bertucci, Jr., endeavoring to recover $25,000 for the death of their son which occurred in the River Road near Marrero, Louisiana, when Bertucci's automobile, in which Donald Borey was a passenger, collided head-on with a vehicle owned and...
