Rood and the Pacific Indemnity Company, the collision insurer of Christopher A. Bertucci, Jr., endeavoring to recover $25,000 for the death of their son which occurred in the River Road near Marrero, Louisiana, when Bertucci's automobile, in which Donald Borey was a passenger, collided head-on with a vehicle owned and...
