TATE, Judge.

This is a suit to recover for personal injuries resulting from an intersectional collision. The plaintiff is the driver of one of the motor vehicles involved. Made defendants are the driver (a minor), his parent, and the liability insurer of the other motor vehicle, a pick-up truck. The defendants appeal from adverse judgment awarding damages to the plaintiff.
