Lohman, are the parents of the minor, Aaron Lohman, who died on February 3, 1957, from injuries he received when the wheel of the car driven by the minor, Terry LaRose, passed over his body. They bring this action to recover the amount of $60,836.29 from Emmett J. LaRose, Terry's father, with whom the minor was living, and Employers' Liability Assurance Corp., Ltd., the public...
