SULLIVAN, J.

Defendants John Richard Donohoe and Roberta Grace Hinson were charged in an information with the robbery of one Joe Zoller and in a second count with having committed an assault on Zoller by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury. Donohoe was also charged with three prior convictions. A jury found the defendant Donohoe guilty of both counts and the defendant Hinson guilty of robbery but not guilty of the assault.
