The testimony of Ruby Keys, a passenger in the car, is that Mrs. Weatherall, the driver of the car, approached Forty-Ninth street and put on her left-turn signals. Mrs. Keys said that the driver of the car saw the bus stopped at the intersection, and then she pulled into the intersection to complete her left-hand turn.
