Plaintiff instituted this suit for total and permanent disability under the Workmen's Compensation Act as a result of having received serious burns to his body while employed as a pulpwood truck driver. By means of the original and supplemental pleadings, plaintiff alleged he was entitled to 400 weeks compensation for total and permanent disability and in the alternative, he demanded 300 weeks compensation for permanent partial disability.
