This is an appeal by a distributee and objectant from a decree of the Surrogate's Court rendered on an intermediate accounting of an administrator. By virtue of objections interposed on the accounting, issues were raised as to the validity of alleged gifts inter vivos by the decedent to the respondent (administrator and son of decedent) of approximately $15,000 in face amount of United States Government...
