This action was brought by appellee Asbestos Insulating & Roofing Company, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as AIRCO) as plaintiff against appellant and the other named appellees to recover a personal judgment against appellee Warfel Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc., and to foreclose a mechanic's lien on real estate owned by appellant and occupied by the appellee Charles S.
