Lee Kinnebrew and G. E. Joyce on July 30, 1960, assigned to Tri-Con Production Corporation certain oil, gas and mineral leases and reserved unto themselves a vendor's lien and mortgage evidenced by a mortgage note of $3,000.00. Tri-Con on August 4, 1960 conveyed the leases to its president, Gordon M. LeBlanc, who, in turn, assigned the same to Claire Benz-Stoddard, now Mrs. Fred Falkin.
