Appellee brought this action against appellant to recover the alleged balance of salary due her as Director of Public Welfare for Perry County for the years 1953 to and including 1958. Trial was had by the court without the intervention of a jury and the court decided the issues in favor of appellee and rendered judgment in the sum of $8,509.80, together with costs.
