This is an appeal from a judgment in the proponent's favor in a will contest.

Mr. L. A. Threatt died on 30 March I960. Surviving him as next of kin were his three daughters, Mrs. Annie Myra Norman of Chicago, Illinois, Mrs. lone Spangler of Montgomery, Alabama, and Mrs. Josephine Ruffin of Wetumpka, Alabama, all of whom were over 21 years of age at the time of their father's death.
