Frank Howard Washington and Estelle Clemons were married in Concordia Parish in 1935. They lived together in and around Ferriday, Louisiana, until they separated and Frank Washington started living with Viola Inez Melancon about 1941 or 1942. After a few years Frank and Viola moved to New Orleans and continued living together as husband and wife. Pretty soon Estelle Clemons moved to New Orleans but did not live in the same neighborhood where Viola...
