OLIVER, Justice.

March 6, 1958, an automobile owned and operated on an Iowa highway by Edward Charles Kuhr of Sedalia, Missouri, collided with a light truck operated by Loy Earl Railsback of Clarke County, Iowa. Both drivers were killed. There were no eye witnesses.
