Plaintiff, Edmund C. McCallum, instituted this action to recover $471.98 for damages sustained to his 1956 Oldsmobile sedan as the result of a collision with a 1951 Pontiac sedan owned and driven by defendant, W. W. Adkerson, Jr. Defendant reconvened for $28,989.77, representing property damages, personal injuries, medical expenses, and loss of wages occasioned by the accident.
