This is an action ex-delicto instituted by plaintiffs because of the death of their son, Michael Genovese III, which resulted from a collision involving a car driven by one Frank Chaney, who was also killed in the accident, a truck driven by Ben F. Abernathy, and the car occupied by Michael Genovese III. Made defendants were the estate of Frank Chaney, Ben F. Abernathy, his employer, V. J. Tovatt, and Tovatt's insurer, American Fidelity and Casualty...
