This is an action in which plaintiffs seek reformation of an act of sale by which Mrs. Rosela Folse Lepine, the widow of Oscar Lepine, deeded to Olezime Champagne on May 24, 1926 a certain tract of land located in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana.
