Scherbatskoy, plaintiff-appellant, as assignee of Jacob Neufeld's Patent No. 2,496,103, brought suit in the District Court charging Sperry Rand Corporation and its lessee, United States Steel Corporation, defendants-appellees, with infringement and seeking an accounting and damages.
