The plaintiffs here are Freda Bresler and her husband Max Bresler who are seeking to recover certain alleged damages from Durwood Nugent. They allege for a cause of action that on October 28, 1958, the petitioner Freda Bresler underwent a hair straightening treatment at Woody's Hair Stylist, Washington, D.
