This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, entered upon the suit of the Secretary of Labor of the United States as plaintiff, enjoining the defendant, Telephone Answering Service, Inc., from violating section 15 (a) (2) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 215(a) (2).
