Brondum, Jr., and Cecil McGee brought this action in the Chancery Court of Jackson County, against appellant, Fish Meal Company, for the purposes of obtaining cancellation of a judgment against them and others upon a promissory note which they had indorsed, and damages for the Company's refusal to cancel the judgment.
