Appellees W.C. Brondum, Jr., and Cecil McGee brought this action in the Chancery Court of Jackson County, against appellant, Fish Meal Company, for the purposes of obtaining cancellation of a judgment against them and others upon a promissory note which they had indorsed, and damages for the Company's refusal to cancel the judgment. The defendant's general demurrer to the bill of complaint was overruled. This interlocutory appeal was taken from that order...
