Certiorari having been granted herein, the record in the case is before us, which shows that the administrators of this succession, one of whom is the purchaser of certain realty from the succession, brought a rule to eject the occupant therefrom, and the said occupant was ordered to show cause on May 22, 1961, why she should not be condemned to vacate the premises, or in the event of her failure to do so why a writ of possession should not issue;...
